Limited colored vinyl LP pressing. 1997's Open Your Eyes was the first "full" studio album release from Yes after the twin projects Keys to Ascension and Keys to Ascension 2. It is also the first album with former session member Billy Sherwood on guitar, and the only one on which he also plays keyboards. The album was a more commercial venture than anything Yes had ever released before. The 'big' production, with it's profusion of overdubs, sounded like a fusion of the West Coast fell of Big Generator and the upbeat Union. Highlights include "From the Balcony," "Universal Garden," "The Solution" and the title cut "Open Your Eyes."
