Sing-A-Longs and Lullabies features songs written for and inspired by the new animated film Curious George. Faced with the task of giving a voice to a central character that does not speak, Universal Pictures turned to Jack Johnson to craft songs that could provide a voice for Curious George. As a new father, it presented an opportunity to make an album for parents and children.Reviews:
Though he might seem an odd pick to voice Curious George, the amiable surf dude and the famed cartoon monkey do share a similar laidback sensibility, no? And with help from titular pals including Will Ferrell, Drew Barrymore, Dick Van Dyke and Eugene Levy, Jack does, as they say, get by.
